A little shot of a quick sketch I did in pen. It’s not great… But gifboom is pretty entertaining.

Cory Kerr can fly do you gifboom ? I just discovered it and it’s awesome. Basically it’s nothing more than instagram with animated gifs… Which is rad. Look me up and follow me. I’m going to try a few tricks like this one.

Here’s a little screen shot of part of a popup mailer I designed to show Music Stores in California where Idaho is… and that Chesbro Music Co is in Idaho…

I’m in the middle of creating a POP counter top display. The following copy is found on the inside flap of this display, where, after its folded up, will be hidden.

“I used to love Pizza day in elementary school.

I think it was on Tuesdays. The best thing about Pizza Day, was the idea of Pizza Day, because the actual pizza wasn’t really that good. Let’s be honest, it was terrible watered down cardboard with a smattering of cheese and tomato paste. I’m not even sure if it had any nutritional value at all. In fact, it is probably known to cause cancer in the state of California. I bet if you left a cardboard box out in the rain until it was good and soaked and then mashed it up, covered it in a little ketchup and baked it in the oven for a few minutes… it would probably taste the same as the stuff they served on Pizza Day in school. I think you’d have to use the oven, because the microwave would just make it soggier. I bet there’s a place in town that makes really good pizza and I bet its not the school cafeteria. If you’ve bothered to read this and you’ve purchased some Teton Guitars from us, you deserve good pizza. If you’re one of the first 5 dealers to call us up and tell us that you’d like some good pizza, we’ll buy you a pie. How’s that for customer service? Now go sell some Teton Guitars!”

I’ll be honest, I’m going to be pretty dang excited if anyone actually calls me up. Pizza and t shirts, these are the secretes of marketing.

Cory Kerr's Seuss styled advertisments

I little while ago I drew a series of ads for Chesbro in the style of Dr. Seuss. I love this style of illustration and its very eye catching amongst all of the photography and classy “adult” ads in most magazines.

Digital Textured Painting

Here’s a little speed painting I did tonight. I’m trying to get a little faster… of course this is pretty dang simple from a color stand point, but it was fun to do.

I had a little time to kill this weekend and I thought I’d do a little pixel art again… so here’s an avatar of myself. Click expand to see a larger version… of course, its fairly pixelated.

Here’s a pixel art cassette tape. Feel free to use it for whatever and give me the credit and whatnot. If you find this useful, karma will be in your favor if you leave a little tip in my jar by clicking that donate button over there.

8 bit Pixel Cassette Tape

I’m experimenting right now with pixel art. It is kinda fun and a little more difficult than you would think.

Catwoman & Batman in Chat Noir style

Here’s a design I submitted for a DBH contest. Warner Bros rejected it, but I still think that it turned out pretty well. I’ll attach some close up pictures.
