Here’s a little speed painting I did tonight. I’m trying to get a little faster… of course this is pretty dang simple from a color stand point, but it was fun to do.

I’m experimenting right now with pixel art. It is kinda fun and a little more difficult than you would think.
Here’s a design I submitted for a DBH contest. Warner Bros rejected it, but I still think that it turned out pretty well. I’ll attach some close up pictures.

I’m experimenting with pixel art using illustrator’s live paint bucket & rectangular grid tool to draw this little guy. You know, they say that cross stitching was the first type of pixel art. That has nothing to do with this, but I thought it was funny. Anywho, I’m warming up for a deviant art contest in “8 bit” graphics. Should be fun.
